From a very young age, Christel Boniface has been guided by one asset: emotions. Each gesture in her creations comes from a feeling, an instinct, a movement, a colour, a moment... such as a desire for freedom and emancipation that will guide her desire to create. Thus Stella, a star, Forest, wild, was created in this spirit of dressing with what makes us feel good, valuing the woman in all her dimensions. Free, inebriated, light, making each fabric a second skin in which all women can find comfort, personality and audacity.
Some might describe her as « an essayist who thinks about fashion on a journey », it is in the « just about » that her best ideas reside, nothing is defined, everything moves.

THE COLLECTIONS
Christel designs each piece according to her desire for freedom : fluid dresses, structured coats, kimonos or puffy shirts. Clothes that move, that never fall in the same way, pieces that adapt to women's lives. In her collections, we find the sophistication of the know-how mixed with the naturalness of the materials and cuts, it is a whole universe of contrasts that marries the Stella Forest wardrobe. One dresses as one feels, never in the same way and according to one's mood. « My drawing is awful », but it's the idea that counts
We design and create each collection in our Parisian studio using the finest materials. Each garment is made to last, to evolve and to transmit.
Art and Materials
THE KNOW-HOW
Tinged with pigments, prints and know-how from India, each collection is the trace of a journey, a desire for elsewhere and even more of a meeting. The fusion of cultures to meet the changing desires of the wardrobe of each woman we dress. Far from appropriations, we will speak here of inspiration since it is truly what runs through Christel's instinct.
Touching, knotting, braiding, craftsmanship is a necessity in each of her creations as a mark of resistance to machines, but even more as a declaration of love to human know-how. Embroidering on a print as one would draw on the corner of a notebook, letting one's imagination do and undo to finally create collections that come from a mood, from a vision. Christel's talent is finally there, in the improvisation.
We find not only techniques synonymous with signatures, English embroidery, stripes, trompe l'oeil, flowers, light materials such as double gas, cotton voile that follows every movement without constrain, but also shapes, fluid, long, belted, kimonos, boutis, variations of everything that constitutes « feeling good ».
